Most people find that one coaching session alone will bring them new enlightenment, clarity and inspiration. However, although a single session is likely to leave you highly motivated, old habits die hard, and without further support, the initial enthusiasm may fade and everything will return to the way it was before. That is the reason I coach according to a structure. Long-term coaching relationships ensures that:

Plans can be worked out and followed through;

Old habits are permanently replaced by new ones.

It takes around six weeks to break an old habit and another six to adopt a new one. Therefore an ideal length of time for a coaching series is three months, or possibly six if sessions are less frequent than once a week. The time between the sessions offered in this program, will depend by the amount of time you have available and what issues are being addressed.

📚 EQ Model (Emotional Intelligence) – a core foundation and the ultimate outcome of this program:

A person’s EQ is a measure of their interpersonal and communication skills. EQ is an abbreviation for ’emotional quotient’. Emotional intelligence is also about the ability to reason and solve problems based on the emotions we experience. An emotionally intelligent person is aware of emotions in him/herself and others and uses reason to identify, understand, and deal with the emotions effectively.

📚 GROW Model – a specific model used as steps for efficiency in this program:

The GROW coaching model consists of four steps to help you plan the journey in this coaching program. You start with the map: where are you going (Goal) and where are you coming from (Reality)? It then charts the different routes and modes of transportation (Options). At last, it helps you pick the option that suits you best while still considering the obstacles on the way. You then chart out the process and make sure that your motivation for the trip is maximized. GROW: Goal Reality Options Will

📚 EXACT Model – is a coaching approach to improve on the SMART Model for goal setting:

The EXACT model takes you through a process which helps you to identify objectives which are congruent with your own values and performance style. EXACT: EXciting (positive, inspiring) Assessable (measurable)  Challenging (Stretching) Time-framed (within a deadline)

What is Experiential Learning?

David A. Kolb, PhD, developed an ideal learning process (the learning cycle) and nine ways of approaching it (the learning styles). Experiential learning gives people the tools to take charge of their lives. It provides a holistic approach to living and a process for adaptation and change.

Experiential Learning describes the ideal process of learning, invites you to understand yourself as a learner and empowers you to take charge of your own learning and development. The way you learn is the way you approach life, in general. It is also the way you solve problems, make decisions and approach challenges in life. Learning occurs in any setting and continues throughout your life. The Experiential Learning process supports performance improvement, learning and development.

The steps in the nine-step process of Full Cycle Learning are:

🎯 INITIATING: We start with initiating new courses of action Focus on new opportunities.

🎯 EXPERIENCING: Be present and deeply involved Focus on emotions and being in relationships.

🎯 IMAGINING: Reflect on possible options and solutions Focus on including and helping.

🎯 REFLECTING: Connect experiences and ideas, consider many perspectives Focus on observing.

🎯 ANALYZING: Organize ideas through reflection to create a plan Focus on data.

🎯 THINKING: Use disciplined logic to generalize and account for biases Focus on rational thought.

Orice comandă se poate anula în termen de 24 de ore de la achiziţie.

Dacă cursul nu are un număr suficient de participanţi, furnizorul de training poate decide să anuleze cursul cu 7 zile înainte de efectuarea acestuia iar tu vei primi fondurile Qriser respective înapoi. De asemenea, Formatorul poate anula cursul pentru motiv de forţă majoră sau caz fortuit, fiind împiedicat în mod obiectiv să efectueze sesiunea de curs respectivă.
