Where traditionally we wrote elaborate documentation,
attention seems to have shifted quite a bit since agile, leading to
light-weighted techniques such as user stories. However, it is not always clear
how to best apply requirements techniques in agile projects.
During this intensive one-day workshop, teacher Sander
Hoogendoorn will introduce a proven approach based on smart use cases, that
help teams to align agile requirements with the business and to model smart use
cases (or user stories) at the right level to use these as valid work items in
agile approaches. Sander not only teaches these very useful techniques but also
lets you practice in exercises using a playful case.
„An introduction to smart use cases. Aligning, modeling and structuring requirements at the right level in agile projects” is an open training.
